Why can’t I just ease back into a healthy lifestyle

Without all of these stupid disordered thoughts..

I KNOW I am a healthy weight..
I KNOW I am not fat..

Yet when it’s time to eat..

My first thought is just to skip this meal.


When I weigh myself..

all that comes to mind is, why do I still weigh the same..

I don’t want to think like this.
