Sorry I’ve been slacking on my tumblr guys, I’ve had so much going on.
6 mile run, 105 squats with 50 lbs on the rack = good workout

Are so freaking sore! As is my butt.
Amazing night / SQUATOBER!
Went to the YMCA tonight, swam with my bug (ayden) then my friend (maybe more) met me at the gym, did my squats on the squat rack with an extra 20 lbs :) then got my legs killed by my friend, (okay definitely more) and ran a couple miles :) then went back to his place for a bit, and just talked for hours, oh yeah, and we ate some smores ice cream, it was a good night.
Nothing like kicking a cute boy in the face, while working on handstands.
At the gym, feeling totally unmotivated. Help!
Did my 2 mile workout today, first mile at 7:30, and 2nd at 7:09 :). The last time I did this I got 7:46 and 7:30. :)
Did anyone realize that by the end of October we will be doing 185 squats?! Holy cow! I hope we can keep this up! We are gonna have some amazing boootays :)

So I get a lot of asks about how I started handstands, I was actually really lucky to have a background of gymnastics, so I just jumped right back into my handstands. It never even occurred to me at first that so many can’t do them, or that they are scary. I joined the YMCA on Thursday, lifted with my friend (still sore!) went Friday and ran 2 miles, went yesterday, ran 2.5 miles, then did some legs. I really want to check out some of the classes, especially yoga :) Feels so good!
Squatober starts in one day!!
For anyone that didn’t see before, we are going to start on October 1st, with 30 squats (or whatever you are comfortable with) and add 5 per day. Let’s get some amazing butts!!

Once again…. So I was going to try to do the squatember challenge, but totally blew it off. So my goal is to make it up in October. I’m starting the 1st with 30 squats, and will add 5 a day. I think I’ll do a before and after to see progress. Anyone up to doing it with me? We can motivate/remind each other. Let me know :)
